A great experience all round, the team here are very knowledgeable and professional. I made an appointment to discuss my bruxism, which was solved with Botox and to say it’s worked well is an understatement. Dr Poonam quickly put me at ease and explained possible root causes and I am now on track with a plan forward for long term solutions.

For some reason this review is posting under my husbands name but it is me who had the facial.I feel very lucky to have found Oatlands Aesthetics and even more so to have found Olivia. The clinic is beautiful and everyone is really helpful and accommodating. It’s always very reassuring when all the online reviews are great too.I had a Zo facial with Olivia and she was excellent. I knew as soon as we had our consultation that I was going to be happy and I really am. My skin is glowing and looks really good. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and offered me some really good advice.I would highly recommend Oatlands Aesthetics and Olivia for anyone who is looking for an excellent skin care clinic and I can’t wait to go back.

I had an appointment this morning and was welcomed right away by the super friendly reception staff. Olivia took care of me, and she was amazing, really professional. I got micro-needling done, and she explained everything really well, which helped me relax.Parking is easy as they have parking at the place. I am looking forward for my 2nd session of my treatment. The treatment room is spacious and very clean and couch is very comfortableThank you Oaklands, I highly recommend and will be back soon

I must say I have visited this clinic a few times now and have always been treated with the utmost care and respect. My puffy eyes, under-eye pigmentation, crepe skin have always been a source of insecurity for me .I've tried countless creams and treatments, but nothing seemed to work. That's why I'm so grateful to have found Dr.Poonam Paryani.For the moment meet dr Paryani, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the polynucleotide treatment process. I appreciated her honesty when she advised me against certain treatments that wouldn't be effective.The results from the treatments have been remarkable. Day by day ,I see positive changes in the appearance of my under eye area .My eyes look less puffy, the pigmentation has faded, and the skin feels firmer and smother. I had a venous lake on my lower lip for years and I finally managed to have it looked at. Olivia at Oatlands Aesthetics has been brilliant! From explanations of what to expect before, during and after the laser treatment, along with Olivia's kind and professional manner, I am more than happy. I have had the venous lake lasered 3 times and with every passing day it looks smaller and smaller to the point that it is barely noticable now! I have battled with acne rosacea for the last 8 years. I was forever conscious about my red and textured cheeks and chin. Even after avoiding the usual triggers such as alcohol, spicy food and hot showers, there were times I would just wake up with it. Being a busy mum, I needed a quick fix, so after spending hundreds on light therapy alone, medicated creams and even oral antibiotics I still ended up covering up what I could with make up.Dr Poonam Paryani educated me about what else I could do to manage my condition. For years I assumed I had very dry skin, but I was wrong. she thoroughly examined my skin and all its layers. she recommend an alternative tailor made skin care routine. Just after three months of using these products I could see and feel a difference.However, it was the lasergensis which was the icing on the cake. Olivia (skin therapist) is so knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure the end goal is achieved. I am now six sessions in and it has made a world of difference. Seeing my before and after photos is so satisfying. I feel confident and I am quite literally glowing!

Olivia is fab! I’ve been seeing her for a while now and cannot thank her enough for all her help and advice. She’s a highly skilled aesthetic therapist who has a deep passion for what she does and this certainly shows in her treatments. I’ve recently had microneedling done here with her and as usual loved how my skin felt and looked after visiting clinic. All staff here are lovely and I look forward to my next treatment :)
